Our IT service contracts could be delivered to our clients, customers, and prospects either “ON CONTRACT BASIS” or “NO CONTRACT BASIS” depending on their choice or the Terms of Services (TOS) they are bound to select and accept. Our customers and clients subscribing to this type of IT service contract can only pay for the IT services we rendered to them at an AGREED FEE for the amount of TIME and COSTS of material it takes Computronix Technologies® to fix or solve any single, or all occurring IT technical faults that constitutes hardware or software problems, or both.

  • FIXED PRICED CONTRACT IT SERVICE

This contract IT service we delivers to our clients and customers over a negotiated and agreed fee for a specific IT requirement that covers over a specific period of time, which could be 24hours per day / 7 days per week contract IT service, or a visit in-persons by our IT technical support Crew members purposely for solving their IT problem(s) that could not be solved remotely over the internet or online. This type of IT service contract combines flat-rate Unlimited IT services for a monthly fixed fee.
