All these Fraud Alerts we have stated below were prepared and disseminated by the Fraud Prevention Unit (FPU) of Computronix Technologies® in order to protect all our clients, customers, end-users, shareholders, and stakeholders of our products or goods, services, and brands, and etcetera against the menacing activities of suspected cyber criminals and other fraudulent persons or groups; committing cyber or IT crimes by attacking or threatening from anywhere across Nigeria, around the world.
- #1► Computronix Technologies® will never call any customer with hidden telephone number or any telephone number that is not associated with this information technology (IT) services company for any reason whatsoever without properly informing our customers, clients, prospects, and stakeholders from any of our authenticated communication medium in advance before making such a change in communication medium.
- #2► Computronix Technologies® will NEVER send emails to customers concerning business transactions; especially the ones involving payment correspondence with FREE email addresses from email service providers like YAHOO, GOOGLE, HOTMAIL, and much more for any reason whatsoever; except in exceptional or prevailing circumstances. All our web-based, business, or work email addresses and correspondence MUST emanate from the registered domain name of Computronix Technologies®.
- #3► All our official letters of Computronix Technologies® in hardcopy must be administered in official letter-headed paper of this information technology (IT) services company with other features such as our unique reference number, embossed official stamp, and/or company seal with our official authorised signatory or signatories.
- #4► Computronix Technologies® does NOT communicate or enter into any business transaction with customers, clients, and prospects through referrals, approved agents, affiliated companies or franchise businesses: Our customers, clients, and prospective ones are hereby advised to beware of any such claims that could come from any individual, or corporate business enterprise claiming to be associated with our registered and incorporated business name, and/or all our sister companie and parent company.
- #5► All our customers, clients, and prospects, including all the end-users of our products or goods and IT systems are advised to be very careful about all payment demands claiming to emanate from Computronix Technologies®. This information technology (IT) company, and/or any of our sister companies and parent company will never make any demand(s) for payment through the services of any agent for any reason whatsoever. Please examine the bank account number; bank name, and bank account name thoroughly in order to ascertain their correctness and authenticity before making any payment demand(s). We will NEVER change the bank account name, and other banking details in the process of completing any transaction without arranging for a physical business meeting or project meeting between the parties involved in any of the business transaction or project implementation with respect to the services, brands, products or goods we provides as the case may be.
- #6► Computronix Technologies® will NEVER issue employment offers, learning and development training approvals, information technology (IT) business, projects, and investments opportunities, IT and ICT transactions or dealings and notices, apprenticeship training job offers with local or international partners through any agent or corporate entity without official communication in writing from Computronix Technologies®, which will be confirming any of such job offer, training approval, apprenticeship positions, practicum, or internship positions.
- #7► Computronix Technologies® will NEVER use any approved agent or corporate entity for the approval or award of contract(s) to any contractor or subcontractor for any information technology (IT) projects, IT systems and IT or ICT investment projects. Any project associated with Computronix Technologies®, or related to any one of her sister companies and parent company MUST be managed and regulated by the project management office (PMO) of Computronix Technologies® and Systemtronix Solutions Limited® with our stipulated guidelines, and lay down procedures for the approval or award of contract(s), managing of projects, and payments for completed projects as regulated by the project management office (PMO) of Computronix Technologies® and Systemtronix Solutions Limited®, or through any one of our authorised Principal Project Consultants.
- #8► Computronix Technologies® and Systemtronix Solutions Limited® through the recruitment expertise of Systemtronix Hiring Services (SHS) will serve in the capacity of a sole recruiting agent for vacant job position(s) within this information technology (IT) services company, and/or all our sister companies and parent company, and will NEVER use any external recruiting agent or company in doing so; except with the use of certain job hiring service brand and trademark we may have contracted and approved to do so on our behalf from time-to-time. However, worldwide online job recruitment advertising agencies or companies such as INDEED, REED, LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK, and much more could also be used in the advertising of various job vacancies within Computronix Technologies®, and/or any one of our sister companies and parent company named Systemtronix Solutions Limited®. Computronix Technologies®, and/or any one of her sister companies and parent company SHALL NOT take responsibility or liability for any loss arising from fake or fraudulent job recruitment adverts or Requests for Projects or Contract Proposals made by either offline or online (internet) crime suspects with our company name or any name of our sister companies, parent company, agents, partners, investors, suppliers, manufacturers, affiliates, franchise companies, employers, and much more.
