(A) IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (JOB REF NO: STS/CT/101/20)
General Requirements
Successful Candidates are expected to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of our clients. The roles extends to installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software problems and solving technical and applications related issues, which could be done remotely or physically in person. Qualified persons are expected to be IT Technicians with many caps; that is having specialty in one or more areas of expertise; which will be required for proper running and maintenance of the IT systems of our numerous clients. Successful persons may be described with various job titles like: Applications Support Specialist, Helpdesk Operator, Maintenance Engineer, IT Technologist, IT Technical Support Specialist or IT Engineer. This job role is classified under four category levels, specified as first, second, third and fourth line technical support.Computronix Technologies will expect successful candidates to have full understanding of how information systems works, and are utilized with respect to technical knowledge associated to computer hardware and software. This job positions are also opened to any self-employed IT person, IT Geek or Freelance to work with us on this role in order to provide satisfying IT services to home consumers, or businesses and organisations based on contract terms binding the parties. Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- The monitoring and maintaining of computer systems and networks
- Remotely or physically present-in-person to help clients in setting up systems or resolving problems with a stipulated or detailed guidelines for actions to be taken.
- MUST have the technical ability of troubleshooting computing systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software related problems
- MUST be endowed with technical ability of replacing out-of-usage parts in hardware related problems with our clients
- The successful candidate MUST have the ability of providing support, part of which must include documentation of procedures and relevant reports in line with project management guidelines of Computronix Technologies will be highly appreciated.
- The ideal candidate MUST have the ability of repairing a fault or setting up a system by following diagrams and sometimes prepared instructions serving as work manuals.
- The Company requires candidates to possess the capability of supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- The ability of candidates to concentrate attention continuously on a task, activity or work package from start-to-finish (or involvement of a third party if required)
- The ability of candidates to open up and maintain good working relationship with customers and other professionals who could include the hardware manufacturers and vendors, as well as software developers is very much desired for this role.
- Candidates MUST possess the ability of testing and evaluating new technology and should be very aggressive in innovation and research as it relates to emerging technologies and disruptive innovations.
- Successful candidates MUST have the know-how of performing electrical safety checks on computer and IT equipment.
Remuneration

Terms of Service (TOS)
This job position could be on temporary, permanent or contract basis depending on the agreement of terms with clients and availability of IT projects.
Working Hours
Computronix Technologies adopts work shifts for this role. However, there could be working hour conditions where successful candidates will be required to attend to clients’ needs as soon as there is a CALL your support as IT Technician in order to complete a task, activity or work package; extra hours may be required. There is certainly compensation for any overtime in line with our reward management policies.
Qualifications

Successful candidates MUST have the capabilities of mixing theories with practice. They should possess a maximum of HND/BTECH/BSC in IT, computer science/engineering or any related courses. Candidates with OND/SSCE/GCE with qualifications obtained from IT technical training programmes from recognized trainers will also be considered as minimum job qualification requirement. Certifications or testing attempts of CISCO certifications, COMPTIA A+ or COMPTIA Network+, MCSE, MCSA, MCP will be an added advantage. Knowledge in Microsoft, CISCO, LINUX, CLOUD and WINDOWS technologies are required. Candidates MUST be very robust and aggressive in tackling technical issues related to hardware and software with demonstrated practical abilities will be better appreciated and preferred to any paper qualifications they may possess. In this role, there is no opportunity for learning-on-the-job because there is no room for guess work or mistakes in this job role.

Work Experience
3 or 4 years practical work experience, which may include internships is required involving full time, part time work experience are also acceptable.

(B) MARKETING EXECUTIVES (JOB REF NO: STS/CT/102/20)
General Requirement and Responsibilities
Computronix Technologies is requesting applications from experienced marketing executives within the following metropolitan cities in Nigeria: Enugu, Abakaliki, Awka, Owerri, Aba, Umuahia, Portharcourt, Asaba, Lagos, Abuja and other parts of Nigeria. Successful candidates MUST be familiar with marketing strategies: marketing mix, market segmentation and targeting. Prospective candidates MUST be familiar with business- to-consumers (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) customer base. Candidates MUST have good command of English language both spoken and written communication ability. Good knowledge of IT industry and technical terms is also required for this job role. He or She MUST have good persuasive skills in winning new customers and penetrating new markets; displacing market leaders, market pioneers and market challengers. Ideal candidate should have the ability of meeting prospective customers face-to-face and door-to-door at homes, offices, workshops, business premises, project sites, and etcetera in order to sell the IT services of Computronix Technologies. The ideal candidate MUST be honest, polite, cheerful, decent, smart, flexible and trustworthy. Remuneration
This will be based on commission depending on the number of customers gained for Computronix Technologies, size and project budget of any IT project acquired for the company by any marketing executive. The cost of marketing materials, allowances and activities involved shall be the responsibility of Computronix Technologies.

This job role is also open to freelance marketers, Ideal candidates can work on contract basis or temporary basis. Permanent basis can also be discussed and negotiated.
Working Hours
Very flexible working hours are expected to be scheduled by the marketing executives to suit their schedules and the company’s strategic business objectives for any marketing project.
Qualification Required
Minimum qualification for this job role is OND/SSCE. Maximum qualification is BSC/HND in marketing management or any other business management related discipline or social sciences.
